CareerConnect is a three-year workforce readiness initiative for high school students, grades 10th-12th.

Three-Year Workforce Readiness Sequence:
Students in grades 10 through 12 attend intentional and immersive monthly meetings that act as coordinates on a multi-year roadmap toward success.
Immersive Summer Experiences
High-stakes learning adventures move students beyond their local borders. The “Red-Eye” Expeditions are high-intensity trips to major hubs like Washington, D.C., Savannah, and Jekyll Island. Micro-Tours are exclusive “behind-the-scenes” access to elite industry sites.
Financial Incentives and Accountability
CareerConnect is an employment simulation that includes a performance-based reward system where students earn $50 bimonthly (every two meetings) stipends and a possibility for a $100 summer stipend.
